My Review
Personally the book Tuesdays Although this book is filled with life lessons and other subjects such as Morries battle with ALS I must say that it did grow dull over time.
The book is mostly about Morrie and his life lessons, battle with ALS, as well as his past. Morrie's former student Mitch begins to learn from Morrie. In this book some of those lessons the Mitch learns are regrets, death, feeling sorry about yourself, fear of aging, money, and more. Each Tuesday Morrie and Mitch answer, talk, and discuss theses life lessons after all they are "Tuesday People" as Morrie would say.
Mitch isn't the only one whom learns life lessons, battle with ALS, as well as Morries past the reader learns all of these things too. The reader not only will learn life lessons in fact they will also learn some memorable quotes from the book that both apply and do not apply to the life lesson being learned. My favorite inspiring quote from the book is when Morrie says "Be compassionate, Morrie whispered, And take responsibility for each other. If we only learn those lessons, this world would be so much better a place".
Over all if I had to give this book a rating out of ten I would give it a five out of ten because I found it to be dull and a sad read over time. The book was a great learning experience book but truthfully it is not really my kind of book.
